Join us every Saturday at 4:00 PM for our new Wrestling Drop-In Class. Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or you’re an experienced competitor looking to sharpen your skills, this class focuses on practical wrestling techniques that translate directly to real competition.
You’ll work on:
- Takedowns and finishes
- Defensive wrestling and sprawls
- Clinch control
- Chain wrestling
- Scrambling and positional awareness
- Conditioning specific to wrestling and MMA
This session is open to all experience levels and is the perfect way to build confidence, improve athleticism, and add another weapon to your game.
