🛒 Merchandise Refund & Return Policy
We take pride in offering high-quality apparel and gear. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review the policy below.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible merchandise within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Have original tags attached
- Be in original packaging and condition
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Customized or personalized items
- Hygiene-related products (e.g. mouthguards, hand wraps, undergarments)
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Exchanges
We are happy to offer size exchanges on eligible items, subject to availability.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include your order number and photos of the issue.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
🥊 Membership & Class Package Policy
Membership Terms
All memberships become active immediately upon purchase unless otherwise stated.
All prices are in CAD (Canadian Dollars) and may change without notice.
By purchasing a membership, members agree to follow all gym rules and policies.
Membership Cancellation
To cancel a membership, written notice must be sent to:
info@hittersfightclubtoronto.ca
A minimum of 60 days written notice is required before cancellation.
Membership fees remain active and payable during the cancellation notice period.
Failure to provide proper notice may result in additional charges.
Refund Policy
All membership sales are final sale.
No refunds will be issued for:
- Change of mind
- Missed classes or unused membership time
- Temporary relocation
- Medical conditions (unless required by law)
Class Packages
Class packs, punch cards, and prepaid sessions are:
- Non-refundable
- Non-transferable
- Not redeemable for cash
Unused credits expire based on the terms at time of purchase.
Class Reservations & Attendance
- Classes may have limited capacity (first come, first served)
- Advance booking is recommended
- Hitters Fight Club may change schedules, instructors, or class sizes without notice
Private Training Cancellation Policy
Private sessions require 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling.
- Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full
- Sessions will be deducted from prepaid packages
Membership Freeze Policy
Members may request a temporary freeze for:
- Medical reasons
- Travel
- Other approved circumstances
All freeze requests must be submitted in writing and approved by management. Administrative fees may apply.
Facility Rules
Hitters Fight Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships without refund for:
- Harassment or abusive behavior
- Unsafe conduct
- Damage to gym property
- Violation of gym policies
📦 Shipping & Local Pickup Policy
We offer simple and reliable shipping options for all merchandise orders within Canada.
Shipping (Canada Post Flat Rate)
We use Canada Post Flat Rate Shipping for all merchandise orders.
- Flat Rate Shipping: $20 CAD anywhere in Canada
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
- Delivery typically takes 1–7 business days
- All shipments include tracking and delivery confirmation
- Includes up to $100 liability coverage
Shipping is available within Canada only.
Local Pickup (Free)
We offer free local pickup at Hitters Fight Club Toronto.
- Select “Local Pickup” at checkout
- Pickup is available once you receive a confirmation email stating your order is ready
- Please do not visit the gym before receiving pickup confirmation
