Willow’s journey extends far beyond wins and losses inside the cage.
Born in China, Willow was abandoned as an infant before being adopted by a Canadian family and raised in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario.
Growing up, she struggled with questions surrounding identity, belonging, and confidence.
Finding martial arts at seventeen completely transformed her life.
Training gave her purpose.
It taught her resilience.
It taught her discipline.
Most importantly, it taught her that your past does not define your future.
Today, Willow openly shares her story to inspire others facing similar challenges.

Willow has become an inspiration for many young athletes—especially young Asian women who rarely see themselves represented in professional combat sports.
